Booking Terms and Conditions

By making any payment against this booking, the agent and/or passenger fully accept, understand and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, ensuring both yourself (the agent) and your clients (the passengers/customer) fully understand that depositing against any booking through LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL constitutes as acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions are in conjunction with any relevant supplier’s terms and conditions. In the event of any conflicting terms and conditions, the outcome will be decided by LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL and LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL alone.

LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL

References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions means LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL. These terms and conditions are adhered to regardless of method of booking (i.e. Phone, Chat, and Email etc.).

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to ensure that the traveller holds a current passport with the validity deemed required by any appropriate authority to travel. It is the responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to ensure that the traveller holds any required visas, documentation or insurance for travel. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL will take no responsibility for any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of incorrect or insufficient travel documentation or insurance. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL strongly advises the traveller takes out a dedicated travel insurance to suit their needs and requirements well before travelling to cover the entire duration of their travel.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Travel documents refer to, but not solely, airline tickets, rail tickets or passes, hotel vouchers, cruise documentation and or tour vouchers. Travel documents may bring with them certain restrictions, being non-refundable in the case of loss or cancellation or come with a fee if lost or amended. Regardless of the document type, all travel documents are non-transferable and must be used solely by the passenger on the document and presented with the relevant photo identification at time of use.It is the sole responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to ensure all names and relevant information are correct at time of booking and on any and all travel documents. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL takes no responsibility for passengers travelling on incorrect travel documentation. Travel documentation is not an instant process and LGBOUTIQUE endeavours to have the relevant documentation to the agent and/or client by three weeks prior to travel. However, this timeframe can sometimes be outside of LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL’s control, pending supplier requirements.

HEALTH

Certain health requirements or precautions maybe required depending on your destination and or travel style.

It is the responsibility or the passenger to see medical advice at least 3 weeks prior to departure. LGBOUTIQUE is not responsible for, and will make no reference to any precautions necessary. It is the responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to inform LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL at the time of booking of any medical requirements (i.e. wheelchair access, breathing machines etc.) LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL will pass these messages on to the relevant supplier but can take no responsibility for the supplier’s management of this request.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

It is the responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to inform LGBOUTIQUE at the time of booking of any relevant loyalty programs, meal requests, seating requests, cabin requests etc. All requests are not guaranteed.

CRUISE AND TOUR REGISTRATION

Before departure, the passenger may have to fill out a booking form or registration either on paper or online. LGBOUTIQUE will advise the booking party at the relevant time. It is the responsibility of the agent and/or passenger to ensure this is completed within the required timeframe.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change and subject to availability at time of booking.

TAXES

Taxes are subject to change until full payment has been received by the agent and/or passenger. There may be additional taxes imposed at certain airports or on the ground throughout your itinerary and are the responsibility of the passenger.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION FEES

LGBOUTIQUE will charge an AUD$250 per person cancellation fee in addition to any supplier cancellation fees outlined in the booking invoice.

Any cancellations within 2 weeks or service date will come at 100% loss of funds. LGBOUTIQUE will charge an AUD$30 per person change fee in addition to any supplier change fees outlined in the booking invoice.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

LGBOUTIQUE requires an AUD$250 per person, non-refundable deposit in addition to any supplier cancellation fees outlined in the booking invoice.

Final payments will be as per the invoice. Failure to make final payment with in the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of all booked service and will be subject to any and all cancellation terms.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Bank transfers and ENett as per the booking invoice attract no additional fees.

Credit cards will attract the following;

  • 1% Visa or MasterCard
  • 3% Amex

AGENCY

LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL acts as a wholesale and retail agent between the agent and or passenger and the services provide. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL is obliged only to ensure the booking of relevant products and services between the agent and/or passenger and the product or service provider. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL takes no responsibility, makes no warranty or representation of standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms & conditions & limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Any legal recourse is against the specific provider and not againstLGBOUTIQUE. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against the provider & not with LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL.

LIABILITY

LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. LGBOUTIQUE TRAVEL do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. In case of any dispute, the laws of Australia will apply.
